Mr. Ramirez has more than 20 years of international experience in scheduling, controls, and claim management, for both public and private organizations, working with owners, architects, engineers, contractors, and subcontractors to resolve project issues impacting performance on large and complex projects. He is fluent in both English and Spanish.

Jose Ramirez has more than 20 years of international experience in managing schedules and scheduling teams for large complex construction projects throughout the world. As a result, he has real world experience in reviewing and analyzing the technical requirements of construction schedules. With this strong foundation of project controls and construction management knowledge, he brings a practical view to evaluating delays and disruption.
He has experience consulting for owners, architects, engineers, contractors, and subcontractors on a variety of projects, including residential, commercial, healthcare, airports, transportation, bridges, solid waste, wastewater, oil & gas, and energy.
He excels at simplifying and explaining complicated issues, particularly using demonstrative evidence and other graphics. This allows him to serve as key contact between highly technical teams and other functional teams, such those in charge of operations, commercial, or legal aspects of the projects.
