Jon Fowler is an eDiscovery and digital forensic expert with more than 16 years of experience covering a variety of sectors. He has a particular focus on investigations and complex litigation.

Mr. Fowler’s experience includes leading and delivering on large, multi-jurisdictional matters across the globe, including assignments in North America, Asia, and Europe. He specializes in assisting clients with their full-disclosure strategy, from data scoping and collection, through data processing and review, to production. Jon also has extensive investigative experience, both in running digital forensic investigations on subjects such as theft of confidential information, and working alongside a wider team on large scale fraud investigations.

His projects include:

• Managing the forensic collection, processing, and onsite review of large volumes of data under tight deadlines at a client site in Europe using a visual analytics solution.
• Managing the complete eDiscovery and analytics workflow for an investigation into potential fraud during the due diligence process of a business acquisition.
• Managing a large regulatory banking matter involving terabytes of data culled from various sources, including Bloomberg and Reuters, with more than 300 reviewers in London and New York.
• Managing a court-ordered shared database for the electronic disclosure of a large multiparty dispute involving hundreds of thousands of disclosed documents and more than 100 users.
• Managing an extensive Chinese state-secret review onsite in Shanghai over two months.
• Managing the gathering, onsite processing, and review of a large collection of data in a $700 million multi-jurisdictional litigation that involved the document production of almost seven million pages.
• Leading a complete e-discovery and analytics solution on a large banking matter, including managing the analytic review of more than two million documents.
• Conducting the forensic collection, processing, and onsite review of data for 15 custodians in Taiwan.
• Managing a large processing and review matter in India, with more than 50 reviewers making over 50,000 document decisions per day.
