Mr. Holstead’s experience includes numerous nationwide assignments in the commercial, transportation, infrastructure, heavy civil, and residential sectors. Mr. Holstead’s experience also includes negotiation of contracts, zoning and entitlement, and the design process of facilities. Mr. Holstead has provided expert testimony on numerous construction-related matters.
