He has more than 17 years of practical experience in the construction industry, providing cost consulting and dispute resolution services in Australia, the UK, and Europe. Mr. Glover has been appointed as quantum expert on multiple occasions and has considerable experience working with- and managing larger quantum teams supporting appointed experts.

Mr. Glover provides a range of dispute resolution and claims consultancy services to clients across all levels of the industry. His experience includes working with legal representation across several forums, and considerable expertise in preparing expert reports in connection with claim submissions, and responses, counterclaim submissions and analyzing and responding to opposing expert reports. He has significant experience working within client and owner organizations on major pipeline and oil & gas projects providing expertise on contract change, claims assessments, and EPC contractor negotiations.

Mr. Glover’s experience covers the construction, civil engineering, mining, oil & gas, transport infrastructure, healthcare, education, telecommunications, and residential projects gained in private and consultancy businesses.
