He provides advice and expertise to clients in large, high-profile litigation and international arbitration matters. He has worked across many sectors, including oil & gas, banking, mining, energy, manufacturing, financial services, construction, telecommunications, and IT.
Mr. Skilton’s expertise includes the quantification of damages, business and asset valuation, the assessment of losses in contractual disputes, and complex financial modeling. He has been instructed as an expert on quantum issues in ICSID and LCIA arbitrations, in the High Court, and in mediation. He also has significant experience supporting clients through the dispute process, focusing on quantum and commercial aspects of the case and analysis, including the creation of complex financial models.
