Secretariat is thrilled to celebrate the mid-year promotion of 21 individuals across 11 global offices.
Ms. Hatten is a forensic schedule delay and quantum expert. She analyzes and quantifies schedule delays, disruption and acceleration impacts, and performs various types of forensic schedule analysis. Her expertise includes working in oil & gas, pipelines, infrastructure/highways, commercial high-rise, and hospitality. Ms. Hatten also quantifies damages associated with productivity, construction defects, changes in work, and other issues and impacts.
Jennifer Hatten has an extensive background in construction projects, claims, and dispute resolution in the commercial, infrastructure, oil & gas, industrial, and pipeline industries. Ms. Hatten provides mediation, arbitration and litigation support for issues involving project management, project controls, damage quantification, scheduling and sequencing, labor productivity, construction defects, and changes in work scope.
Ms. Hatten analyzes and quantifies schedule delays, disruption and acceleration impacts, and performs various types of forensic schedule analysis, including as-planned vs. as-built, time impact analysis, and windows schedule delay analysis. Ms. Hatten also quantifies damages associated with productivity, construction defects, changes in work, and other issues and impacts.
Before joining the construction consulting industry, Ms. Hatten was a general contractor on various multi-million dollar commercial construction projects. She was responsible for establishing and monitoring project budgets and schedules, coordinating and supervising subcontractors, conducting weekly meetings, evaluating owner and subcontractor change orders, and reviewing material submittals and shop drawings.
