Jennifer Hatten has an extensive background in construction projects, claims, and dispute resolution in the commercial, infrastructure, oil & gas, industrial, and pipeline industries. Ms. Hatten provides mediation, arbitration and litigation support for issues involving project management, project controls, damage quantification, scheduling and sequencing, labor productivity, construction defects, and changes in work scope.

Before joining the construction consulting industry, Ms. Hatten was a general contractor on various multi-million dollar commercial construction projects.
