Ms. Tse has over 15 years of experience in forensic investigations, damages quantification, and business valuation, with expertise spanning a wide range of matters including commercial litigation, contract and shareholder disputes, family law, tax disputes, fraud and financial misrepresentation, asset misappropriation, and professional negligence claims.

Ms. Tse has over 15 years of experience in forensic accounting and investigations, business valuation, damages quantification, and financial advisory. 

She has worked extensively with both privately held and publicly traded companies on a broad range of matters, including breach of contract, post-transaction disputes, business interruption losses, breach of fiduciary duty, and suspected corporate and employee misconduct. Her experience includes leading detailed forensic investigations, often involving organizations with complex structures. She also has significant experience performing business valuations for corporate reorganizations, tax matters, shareholder disputes, and matrimonial proceedings, including income determination for child and spousal support purposes.

Ms. Tse has prepared numerous damages quantification analyses and expert reports in connection with litigation and dispute proceedings, including claims in the multi-billion-dollar range. Her work spans a wide range of industries, including retail and distribution, real estate, financial services, professional services, pharmaceuticals, social media, manufacturing, construction, transportation, and telecommunications.  Ms. Tse has attended mediations, arbitrations, and settlement discussions, and provided testimony in court. She is a native Cantonese speaker.

Ms. Tse has authored thought leadership on economic damages, business valuation, and family law matters, and is a frequent speaker delivering knowledge-sharing seminars to law firms, educational institutions, and professional associations worldwide. She currently serves as Regional Director at the Chartered Business Valuators Institute (CBV Institute), having been elected to its Board of Directors for a three-year term from 2025 to 2028.

Prior to specializing in litigation support, Ms. Tse was an auditor for a Canadian public accounting firm based in Toronto.
