Ivy Tse has more than 14 years of experience in business valuation, damages quantification, financial advisory, forensic investigations, and commercial litigation and disputes.
She has worked with privately-owned and publicly traded companies on a variety of matters including breach of contract disputes, pre and post-transaction disputes, business interruption claims, breach of fiduciary duties, and suspected corporate and employee wrongdoing. She also performed extensive forensic accounting investigations for companies with complex organizational structures. Ms. Tse has prepared numerous damages quantification analyses and expert reports for a wide range of loss claims, including those in the multi-billion-dollar range.
Ms. Tse has also performed business valuations on corporate reorganizations, personal and corporate taxation, shareholder and matrimonial disputes, including income calculations for child and spousal support purposes.
Ms. Tse has attended mediations, arbitrations, and settlement discussions, and provided testimony in court.
Her casework covers a broad range of industries, including retail/distribution, information technology, professional services, energy, pharmaceutical, agriculture, manufacturing, construction, transportation, and telecommunications.
Ms. Tse has written articles on economic damages, business valuation, and family law matters. She regularly delivers knowledge-sharing seminars to law firms, educational institutions, and professional associations worldwide.
Before specializing in litigation support matters, Ms. Tse was an auditor for a Canadian public accounting firm based in Toronto.
