Henrique Echeverria has extensive experience in major capital oil & gas projects – from inception and concept evaluation to execution and turnover. He brings a unique perspective, managing major capital programs for the world’s largest publicly traded international oil & gas company for more than six years.
His experience ranges from execution leadership as a project engineer/manager to project controls roles responsible for cost, schedule, and reporting. Mr. Echeverria has managed complex cost structures and schedule relationships involving international stakeholders, EPC contractors, and vendors/suppliers. He has broad experience with contract management activities related to bidding, negotiations, execution, and change order management.
Mr. Echeverria’s diverse experience includes projects from $50M to over $10B in the following areas: onshore facilities, pipelines, subsea developments, LNG and natural gas, power systems, and offshore platforms. His experience involves coordinating and managing multinational parties and requirements on projects located in Africa, Middle East, Asia, and the Americas. He is a native Spanish and English speaker.
