Mr. Jeffus has provided professional engineering services for education, industrial, healthcare, commercial, and hospitality for several project delivery methods. In addition to providing engineering designs for multiple award-winning projects, Mr. Jeffus has delivered professional advisory services for multiple dispute matters throughout the United States.

Mr. Jeffus consults and supports contractors, public and private owners, design professionals, and various project stakeholders in managing claims and resolving construction disputes including critical path/scheduling analysis, labor productivity evaluations, quantum/damage evaluations, and standard of care. His experience includes the preparation of mechanical and plumbing designs for a wide variety of construction projects and development of presentations and expert opinion reports for mediation, arbitration, and litigation.
