With more than 30 years of experience, Gary Kleinrichert is a nationally recognized forensic accounting expert who has led high-profile investigations across the globe and testified more than 50 times at trial, arbitration, and deposition.

Mr. Kleinrichert has directed complex investigations throughout North America, South America, Europe, Asia, and India. He has presented investigative findings to regulators in the United States—including the Department of Justice (DOJ), Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), Federal Trade Commission (FTC), and various state agencies—as well as regulators around the world. He has also served on multiple occasions on behalf of the U.S. Department of Justice.

He has extensive experience quantifying economic damages, including lost profits, diminution in value, royalties, extra costs, market share analyses, and benefit-of-the-bargain claims. In addition, he provides expert testimony and consulting services involving business valuation, forensic accounting investigations, allegations of fraud, fraudulent transfers, business interruption, financial reporting issues, and complex accounting and data analyses.

Mr. Kleinrichert has testified in numerous high-profile matters, including several Delaware disputes such as Zayo v. Latisys, NetApp v. Cinelli, and Crystallex International Corp. v. Venezuela. His experience includes valuing businesses, business interests, securities, and intellectual property assets, as well as providing expert opinions related to valuation and damages. He also regularly assists clients in business transaction disputes involving working capital adjustments, indemnification claims, fraud allegations arising from purchase agreements, and solvency-related matters.

In addition to his work as a forensic accounting and testifying expert, Mr. Kleinrichert has significant experience serving as a neutral and arbitrator.
