Drew Baiter specializes in consulting in delay analysis and time-related disputes on large complex construction projects, including infrastructure, transportation, educational, residential, commercial, hospitality, and industrial facilities construction projects.
From 2002 to 2014, Mr. Baiter worked as a construction lawyer – first in the construction practice group of a prestigious international law firm and then for one of the largest developers in the Middle East and North Africa. In 2014, Mr. Baiter joined Secretariat, where he has focused exclusively on performing critical delay analysis for complex construction projects worldwide.
