Christopher Burkhalter draws on his industry experience and brings a unique perspective to analyzing and resolving construction-related disputes involving project delays, cost overruns, labor productivity, and procurement.

Before joining Secretariat, Mr. Burkhalter held project controls, project management, and procurement roles at a leading EPC firm within the high-voltage construction industry. His experience includes scheduling, cost reporting, estimating, managing high-voltage substation and transmission line projects ranging from $1M to $50M, managing a $200M procurement department, and negotiating commercial terms and conditions with suppliers and subcontractors.
