Christian Gruschwitz has more than 15 years of experience in company valuation, business modeling, and transaction services. He advises German and international clients on arbitration, litigation, and out-of-court settlements to resolve post-merger, commercial, and shareholder disputes. 

He has spent the past ten years advising judges and arbitrators, plaintiffs and defendants, buyers and sellers, management, and boards of directors on contentious issues in corporate transactions and commercial and corporate law. His experience spans sectors and industries: car manufacturers and dealers, (renewable) energy, pharmaceuticals, banks, IT, retail, media, private equity, and telecommunications.

Mr. Gruschwitz regularly analyses and prepares corporate forecasts and financial statements, due diligence, financial modeling, and business valuations for rbitration, litigation, out-of-court settlements, impairments, squeeze-outs, carve-outs, M&A, and tax.

Previously, Mr. Gruschwitz was a Director at Alvarez & Marsal in Germany, managing teams of  medium-sized projects.
