Chris Sullivan has a unique perspective on the needs and demands of project participants as he has direct experience as an owner, contractor, and designer. He brings this experience as he assists in resolving construction disputes and claims effectively, swiftly, and equitably.
Mr. Sullivan is here to help by providing expert construction services to assist you in managing construction projects, solving disputes, and mitigating risk. Known as an effective communicator, Mr. Sullivan has advised numerous construction projects focusing on schedule delay and construction quantum. Before joining Secretariat, he was a construction project controller for a major hospital in Boston and managed construction projects for several prominent New England contractors.
He specializes in schedule and delay analysis, quantum development and defense, productivity and labor analysis, project controls, construction cost analysis, contract administration, project and program management, and dispute resolution.
Mr. Sullivan’s industry experience includes healthcare, senior and assisted living, power plants, education, senior/student housing, mixed-use, transportation, commercial, industrial, historical renovations, utilities, water and wastewater, and disaster management.
