​​Mr. McKay has nearly two decades of experience helping clients to resolve complex business disputes, respond to complicated insurance claims, answer regulatory inquiries, and assess allegations of corporate fraud. Working across a spectrum of industries and geographies, Mr. McKay has extensive experience directing forensic investigations, calculating damages, testing regulatory compliance, and empirically evaluating litigation risk, loss causation, and liability.​

Mr. McKay has prepared or offered expert testimony in multiple commercial disputes involving allegations of fraud and misappropriation, as well as breach of contract, construction delay, and product liability claims. He routinely leverages financial, accounting, and valuation analysis to help insurers respond to high-stakes representations and warranties insurance claims. He also has extensive experience conducting market research and applying statistical analyses in the context of securities class actions.  

In addition to serving clients, Mr. McKay has designed and executed business development initiatives, produced thought leadership and training materials, and served as an instructor for courses on dispute resolution, data collection and validation, and project management.
