Chris Brindisi specializes in construction project management, claims management, and dispute resolution. He has consulted on complex multi-million dollar construction projects throughout the world on budget control, construction planning/scheduling, and project delay and damages. In addition, he has been appointed as an independent expert on scheduling and project delays for construction disputes in formal contract negotiations.
Mr. Brindisi has expertise in CPM scheduling and delay analysis, disruption analysis, issue analysis, and litigation support, and various cost analyses.
He has provided services across numerous projects, including oil refineries, airports, stadiums, power plants, infrastructure works, and government facilities. His experience includes reviewing and analyzing contract and tender information, preparing as-planned and as-built schedules, and determining project time impacts and acceleration. Mr. Brindisi has implemented various productivity analyses, and resolved other project management and dispute–related issues.
Mr. Brindisi has also performed cost-related analyses for construction and non-construction projects.
