He has prepared expert reports in international arbitration under the rules of the ICC, LCIA, ICDR, and ICSID and for litigation in U.S. Federal and State courts. Mr. Porter has analyzed more than 100 businesses to assess valuation and solvency, perform mergers & acquisition analyses, and more.
Before joining Secretariat, Mr. Porter was a Senior Associate at a boutique expert–witness firm in Boston, specializing in business valuation, securities litigation and damages quantification for U.S. litigation.
