She has assisted experts in preparing expert witness reports in arbitration related to quantum and disruption matters on large-scale construction projects such as power plants, airports, nuclear power plants, and refineries. She is analytical in assessing quantum matters on the valuation of variations, measurement, disruption, and prolongation cost claims.
Before working in dispute resolution, Ms. Chai worked for contractor companies and consultant firms on building and infrastructure projects in Malaysia, Qatar, Maldives, and Singapore.
