She has successfully guided multi-region mergers and acquisitions, built global operating models, and implemented performance frameworks that drive accountability and measurable business outcomes. Before joining Secretariat, Amy held senior leadership roles at major international consulting organizations, where she partnered with CEOs, CFOs, and practice leaders to deliver results across strategy, operations, and culture.
