Mr. Demuth has acted as a party-appointed or tribunal-appointed expert in international arbitration proceedings under AAA, DIS, ICC, ICSID, SIAC, and VIAC rules and in litigation proceedings.

His experience spans multiple industries, including automotive and automotive supply, biotechnology, manufacturing, pharmaceutical, private equity, renewable energy, retail, and software.
