Ms. Harris assists experts in preparing reports and financial models to quantify damages in both litigation and arbitration settings. Her experience includes advising parties on damages and valuing companies or projects in various sectors, including oil & gas, manufacturing, and banking.

Abi Harris regularly advises on complex issues involving valuation, accounting, and damages quantum, including shareholder, post-transaction, and contractual disputes. She has worked on matters in a number of different sectors, including oil & gas, mining, manufacturing, and financial services. She has advised on disputes spanning the Middle East, the Commonwealth of Independent States, Europe, Asia, and Africa.

Ms. Harris has worked on matters before the UK High Court and arbitrations brought under ICSID, ICC, and LCIA rules. She has also been appointed as expert in a valuation matter before a UK Crown Court.

Ms. Harris is a Chartered Accountant and a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales. She is listed as a future leader in Who’s Who Legal: Arbitration.

Before joining Secretariat, she was a member of Versant Partners (acquired by Secretariat) and worked in the disputes practice of an international consulting and expert services firm.
