Abigail Alpert provides advisory and consulting services specializing in economic damages for investor state arbitrations and commercial disputes. She has considerable experience assisting expert witnesses in preparing expert reports in arbitration and litigation proceedings. Ms. Alpert is a native Spanish speaker and has worked with various clients, representing corporations, foreign nationals, and sovereign nations. Her project experience spans North, South, and Central America, the Caribbean, Asia, and Europe, across industries such as real estate, financial services, energy, telecommunications, oil and gas, and construction.
Ms. Alpert joined Secretariat following the firm’s acquisition of Versant Partners in August 2021. She received a Bachelor of Business Administration from the George Washington University, with dual concentrations in Business Economics & Public Policy and Business Analytics. Ms. Alpert is currently a CFA Exam Level III Candidate.
