Dr. Keith Waehrer will speak at The Capitol Forum’s 2025 Tech Conference on October 1 in Washington, DC.

Keith will join the opening panel, “Litigating and Legislating Against Algorithmic Collusion,” alongside Elizabeth Odette (Minnesota Attorney General’s Office), Lee Hepner (American Economic Liberties Project), Kenneth L. Racowski (Holland & Knight), and James Keyte (Boies Schiller Flexner). The panel will be moderated by Nathan Soderstrom (The Capitol Forum).
