Director Vivienne Li will participate in the panel “Arbitration Procedures: Balancing Considerations of Speed, Quality and Due Process”. Moderated by Lijun Cao (Zhong Lun Law Firm), the panel will also feature Zhida Chen (Helmsman LLC), Henry Huang (Grandall Law Firm), Alan Li (JT&N), and John Zou (Dacheng Law Firm). The panelists will share their experiences and best practices, such as time management, the establishment of procedural rules, and how to optimise arbitration processes through technological tools.
