Secretariat is proud to sponsor the DKN Networks 13th Annual Litigation Summit, taking place April 21–22 in Berlin.

We are pleased to share that Dr. Björn Brand will be hosting the summit, bringing together leading voices from across the litigation and arbitration landscape.

During the summit, Eric Guyer, Managing Director, will present “Living in a Material World: Cracks, Corrosion, and Consequences.” The session will explore how material degradation can lead to complex failures and the downstream consequences that often give rise to high-stakes disputes.
