
Rebecca Patterson is a Managing Director based in New York. Ms. Patterson has extensive experience working with corporate and law firm clients to resolve complex data challenges in response to a dispute, investigation, or litigation. She has worked with clients to deliver innovative solutions on a wide variety of engagements including mortgage-backed securities litigation, medical malpractice class action, anti-money laundering compliance and sanctions screening, incident response and data breaches, royalty disputes, external integrity monitorships, and general commercial disputes.
Ms. Patterson specializes in structured data analytics with expertise in database design, complex reporting, data visualization, data management, automation, and enhancement of data-driven processes. Ms. Patterson also advises clients on technical solutions in areas such as data lineage, data quality frameworks, data migration strategy and validation, and web technology data transmissions. She has consulted on engagements across a variety of regulated and unregulated industries, including healthcare, financial services, construction, and entertainment.
Ms. Patterson has also served as Adjunct Professor at Fordham Law School in New York. She received a BS in Finance from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and a JD from Loyola University Chicago.
