
Neil Gaudion is Managing Director with Secretariat based in Atlanta. With more than 25 years of experience in the construction industry, Mr. Gaudion has consulted with clients on virtually every type of major construction project – in North America, Africa, South America, Asia, the Caribbean and the Middle East. His experience, the focus of his practice and intense personal commitment to his clients inform the project advisory and expert testimony services he provides to the construction industry.
Mr. Gaudion has been retained as an expert witness in over 70 different matters, with dispute amounts in individual matters exceeding $1 billion. He has testified in ICC and AAA arbitrations, U.S. courts, and the Civilian Board of Contract Appeals, and has been accepted as an expert in delay, disruption, project controls, project scheduling, cost estimating, schedule analysis, labor inefficiency, damages, change order review, claim analysis and other related areas of expertise. Since 2016, Mr. Gaudion has been recognized annually by Who’s Who Legal as a leading Construction Expert Witness and “thought leader” who is specifically recognized for “analyses and opinions” that “are thorough, objective, extremely high-caliber and persuasively delivered.”
Mr. Gaudion also leverages his project and testimony experience to advise clients on how to avoid disputes and implement best-practices for project controls, project documentation and claims avoidance.
