Mr. Khedr is an Associate Director at Secretariat International based in New York, NY, specializing in project management, project controls and dispute-related issues facing the construction industry. Mr. Khedr has prepared and reviewed risk assessments and analyses, CPM schedules, updates, revised/recovery (acceleration) schedules and time impact analyses for several projects of varying complexity and size.
Mr. Khedr has over 15 years of experience in the construction industry and has participated in the analysis of various types of construction claims for mediation, arbitration, and litigation. Prior to working in consulting Mr. Khedr coordinated and managed project controls and all contractual matters related to the construction of a $480M+ airport terminal building in Sharm El Sheikh, Egypt as the on-site contract administration engineer.
