
Matt Danby is an Associate Director in the Construction Delay team for Secretariat in London. Mr. Danby specializes in delay analysis in the context of domestic and international construction disputes.
Mr. Danby has over fifteen years’ experience in construction having qualified in construction management and subsequently in construction law, whilst gaining his chartership from the Chartered Institute of Building. Mr. Danby previously spent nine years in construction scheduling and delay analysis and six years in various project management roles on behalf of client-side consultancies, main contractors and sub-contractors.
As a delay analyst, Mr. Danby has been involved in preparing and reviewing delay analyses and advising through all aspects of the dispute process. These disputes have covered a range of projects, typically in the construction sector and in domestic adjudication.
