Mr. Hammad has analyzed and prepared construction claims for a variety of construction projects. In addition, he has extensive project development and project management experience that can be leveraged in performing delay analysis and document reviews.
Mr. Hammad has over 16 years of experience in the construction industry specializing in the areas of dispute resolution, delay analysis, scheduling, claims, project controls, risk management, change management, cost management as well as construction and project management.
Mr. Hammad specializes in Critical Path Method scheduling, project controls management, construction delay and disruption analysis, and litigation support. Mr. Hammad has experience providing support on a variety of projects including renewable energy (wind and solar), healthcare, education (k-12 and higher education), residential, commercial, power and energy, wastewater treatment, transportation (air, rail, & road), and hospitality. His background in CPM scheduling, forensic delay analysis, program development, and program management provides a strong foundation of project controls and construction management knowledge.
