
Ivy Tse is a Director with Secretariat based in Toronto. Ms. Tse has over 10 years of experience practicing in the areas of business valuation, damages quantification, financial advisory, forensic investigations, and commercial litigation and disputes.
Ms. Tse has worked with privately-owned and publicly traded companies on matters relating to breach of contract, post-transaction disputes, business interruption, breach of fiduciary duties and suspected corporate and employee wrongdoing. She also performed extensive forensic accounting investigations for companies with complex organizational structures. Ms. Tse has prepared numerous damages quantification analyses and reports for loss claims of up to USD $2 billion.
Ms. Tse has also performed business valuations relating to corporate reorganizations, personal and corporate taxation, shareholder and matrimonial disputes, including calculations of income for child and spousal support purposes.
On the aforementioned matters, Ms. Tse has assisted in the preparation of numerous expert reports, attended mediations and settlement discussions, and provided assistance at trial.
Her casework covers a broad range of industries including retail/distribution, information technology, professional services, pharmaceutical, agriculture, manufacturing, construction, transportation, and telecommunications.
Prior to specializing in litigation support matters, Ms. Tse worked as an auditor for a Canadian public accounting firm based in Toronto, Ontario.
