
Henrique Echeverria is an Associate Director based in Houston. He specializes in project management advisory and dispute resolution assistance on large capital projects, with a focus on the energy industry.
Mr. Echeverria has extensive experience in major capital projects from inception and concept evaluation to execution and turnover. He offers a unique perspective having managed major capital programs for the world’s largest publicly traded international oil and gas company for over six years. His experience ranges from execution leadership as a project manager to project controls roles responsible for cost, schedule, and reporting. Mr. Echeverria has managed complex cost structures and schedule relationships involving international stakeholders, EPC contractors, and suppliers. Mr. Echeverria’s diverse experience involves projects from $50M to over $10B in the following areas: Pipelines, LNG, subsea developments, oil and gas processing facilities, and power supply. His experience involves the coordination and management of multinational parties and requirements on projects located in Africa, Middle East, Asia, and the Americas. He is a native Spanish and English speaker.
