Earlier in his career, Mr. Rush worked for an economic consulting firm focused on litigation regulated industries and competition-related claims. He was also a manager at a specialized management consulting firm focusing on developing revenue enhancement strategies for private equity-backed companies.
Mr. Rush holds the internationally recognized designation of Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA). He also received a Master of Business Administration from INSEAD (France) and a Bachelor of Science in Economics from William & Mary University.
