Managing Director
Mr. Baiter is a Managing Director with Secretariat based in Mexico. Mr. Baiter specializes in consulting in the areas of delay analysis and time related disputes. In this regard, Mr. Baiter assists owners, contractors, and engineers on large complex construction projects both prior to and during the dispute resolution process. Since 2002, Mr. Baiter has participated in a wide range of large scale international construction projects, including infrastructure, transportation, educational, residential, commercial, hospitality, and industrial facilities construction projects. Between 2002 and 2014, Mr. Baiter worked as a construction lawyer, first in the construction practice group of a prestigious international law firm and then for one of the largest developers in the Middle East and North Africa. During that time, Mr. Baiter handled many complex construction projects and disputes involving critical delay. In 2014, Mr. Baiter joined Secretariat where he has focused exclusively on performing critical delay analysis for complex construction projects worldwide.
