Mr. Sullivan provides expert construction services to assist in managing construction projects, solving disputes and mitigating risk. He holds a Civil Engineering degree and MBA, and has advised on numerous construction projects focusing on schedule delay and construction quantum. Earlier in his career, he worked as a construction project controller for a major hospital in Boston, MA and managed construction projects for two large New England contractors.
Mr. Sullivan specializes in schedule and delay analysis, quantum development and defense, productivity and labor analysis, project controls, construction cost analysis, contract administration, project and program management, and dispute resolution. His industry experience includes healthcare, senior and assisted living, power plants, education, senior/student housing, mixed-use, transportation, commercial, industrial, historical renovations, utilities, water and wastewater, and disaster management.
