He has consulted on a number of complex multi-million dollar construction projects throughout the world related to project budget control, construction planning/scheduling, and project delay & damages. He has been appointed as an independent expert on matters of scheduling and project delay on construction disputes in formal contract negotiations. Mr. Brindisi has expertise in CPM scheduling and delay analysis, disruption analysis, issue analysis and litigation support, along with various cost analyses.
He has provided these services across a wide range of projects, including oil refineries, airports, stadiums, power plants, infrastructure works, and government facilities. His experience includes the review and analysis of contract & tender information, the preparation of as-planned and as-built schedules, the determination of project time impacts & acceleration, and the implementation of various productivity analyses, along with resolving other project management and dispute related issues.
