Mr. Porter specializes in security and business valuation and holds the Chartered Financial Analyst® designation granted by the CFA Institute. He has more than ten years of experience preparing expert reports on business valuation and economic damages for litigation and international arbitration.

Brendan Porter specializes in security and business valuation and holds the Chartered Financial Analyst® designation granted by the CFA Institute. He has more than ten years of experience preparing expert reports on business valuation and economic damages for litigation and international arbitration. 

Mr. Porter handles assets and business interests of various industries: mining, oil & gas, manufacturing, real estate, aerospace, and financial services. He has prepared expert reports in international arbitration under the rules of the ICC, LCIA, ICDR, and ICSID and for litigation in U.S. Federal and State courts. Mr. Porter has analyzed more than 100 businesses to assess valuation and solvency, perform mergers & acquisition analyses, and more. 

Before joining Secretariat, Mr. Porter was a Senior Associate at a boutique expertwitness firm in Boston, specializing in business valuation, securities litigation and damages quantification for U.S. litigation.
