Alexander Demuth is a German Certified Public Accountant (Wirtschaftsprüfer) working with Secretariat’s  clients in Germany, Switzerland, Austria, and beyond. A disputes expert, he advises on arbitration, litigation, and settlements focusing on post-merger and commercial disputes and investor-state arbitrations.

Mr. Demuth has acted as a party-appointed or tribunal-appointed expert in international arbitration proceedings under AAA, DIS, ICC, ICSID, SIAC, and VIAC rules and in litigation proceedings.

His experience spans multiple industries, including automotive and automotive supply, biotechnology, manufacturing, pharmaceutical, private equity, renewable energy, retail, and software. 

Mr. Demuth is fluent in German and English and regularly issues reports and testifies in both languages.
