On Thursday, October 22, Managing Director Neil Gaudion will join a panel discussing “The Big Dig” which was the largest and most renowned megaproject of its kind.

Big Dig, Big Delays: Anatomy of a Mega Delay Claim

In addition to the remarkable engineering breakthroughs on the project, the Big Dig was characterized by changes and delays causing billions of dollars in cost overruns. This panel will discuss the history of the methodology used more than 30 years ago to analyze and present delay claims and compare that methodology with the current state of the art.
