During Hong Kong Arbitration Week, Secretariat and Pinsent Masons are pleased to co-host a panel discussion examining how parties can navigate these challenges in disputes involving Hong Kong, Mainland China, and other jurisdictions.

Mike Allen will join Olga Boltenko, May Tai, Mohammed Talib, and Alice Wang to discuss interim relief, anti-suit and anti-arbitration injunctions, parallel court and arbitral proceedings, and the role of expert evidence in fast-moving disputes.

The panel will also consider the practical challenges of gathering and presenting evidence across jurisdictions, as well as how tribunals assess quantum and valuation evidence in complex, multi-forum disputes.
