Ms. Tombling is an accounting expert with substantial experience in forensic and investigative accounting analyses for high-value commercial litigation and international arbitration. She acts as expert witness and supports other accounting expert witnesses in cases involving economic damages and quantum of loss in contractual, post-acquisition, and breach of warranty disputes. She has considerable experience in assessing the quantum of lost profits and business interruption losses.

She has considerable experience in assessing the quantum of lost profits and business interruption losses.

She has also worked on the quantification of insurance claims and the calculation of financial losses. She was involved with a United Nations arbitration tribunal and worked extensively on large third-party liability cases in the Buncefield Oil Terminal Explosion. Her work spans numerous business sectors: construction, oil & gas, power, manufacturing, transportation, hotel & leisure, food processing & distribution, and wholesalers & retailers.
