Stephanie Tombling is an Accounting Expert working in the London Office of Secretariat International. She has gained substantial experience performing forensic and investigative accounting assignments including insurance loss claims and contentious work, focusing on commercial disputes both in litigation and international arbitration. She has acted as both named accounting expert advisor as well as supporting other accounting expert witnesses on numerous cases involving the economic damages and quantum of loss in contractual disputes, post-acquisition and breach of warranty disputes.
She has also worked on matters concerning the quantification of insurance claims and the calculation of financial losses incurred. She has been involved with an arbitration tribunal of the United Nations and has done extensive work on some of the larger third-party liability cases in the Buncefield Oil Terminal Explosion. Her cases have covered a broad range of business sectors, including food processing & distribution, energy, property & construction, manufacturing, transportation, hotel & leisure and wholesalers & retailers.
