US OFFICES | Various Positions – Construction Planning/Scheduling & Delay Analysis

Secretariat International is seeking full-time planning/scheduling professionals with a background in the construction or engineering industries and a minimum of 5 years of related experience to fill full-time positions at various levels in the Atlanta office.

Candidates should possess experience in construction planning and scheduling, as well as strong analytical, problem solving, and communication skills. Tasks, usually in the context of disputes, may span from research and fact-finding to detailed analysis, quantification of delay and damages, economic modeling, and case strategy. Based on positions available, required experience levels will vary between 5 and 15 years in construction consulting involving expert witness work, claims review and preparation, contract administration, scheduling and project management.

Specific position requirements:

  • **Existing residence in the greater Atlanta area strongly preferred.**
  • 4-year college degree in building construction, engineering or other related field. Master’s degree preferred;
  • Strong skills using Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Access; Microsoft Project; and Primavera P3, P6, or Suretrak;
  • Experience with disputes, including arbitration or litigation, preferred;
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English as primary language);
  • Must have the ability to communicate technical material to a non-technical audience;
  • Ability to travel;
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work as a member of a team; and
  • Flexibility, creative problem solving skills.

SINGAPORE – LONDON – HONG KONG | Various Positions – Construction Scheduling, Delay and Disruption Analysis

Secretariat International is seeking self-motivated professionals with 5-15 years of experience in the construction or engineering industries to fill full-time positions in our Singapore office at various experience levels. These positions will assist with dispute resolution services, including construction scheduling, delay and disruption analysis. Candidates should possess strong analytical, problem solving, and communication skills. Tasks, usually in the context of litigation, span from research and fact-finding to detailed analysis, quantification of delay and damages, economic modeling, and case strategy.

Specific position requirements:

  • Master’s degree or 4-year college degree in building construction, engineering or other related field;
  • Based on positions available, required experience levels will vary between 5 and 15 years in construction consulting involving expert witness work, claims review and preparation, contract administration, scheduling and project management;
  • Strong skills using Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Access, as well as scheduling software such as Primavera and Microsoft Project;
